Intuitive Healing
A supportive space for self-understanding, emotional awareness, and shifting long-held patterns.
Intuitive Healing sessions offer a warm, grounded space to explore emotional challenges, recurring life patterns, and inner experiences that are creating stress or confusion in your life. People often come with an issue they want help with, alongside a sense that analysing or talking things through hasn't fully resolved it.
Rather than trying to fix or suppress difficult experiences, this work invites you to slow down, become curious, and gently explore what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we make space for greater understanding, self-awareness and lasting change.
What people come for
People seek this work for many different reasons. You may be experiencing anxious overwhelm, self-criticism, relationship patterns, difficulty trusting yourself, feeling stuck at a crossroads, or navigating a period of personal growth or awakening.
Whatever brings you here, we begin with your experience. Together, we gently explore what is happening beneath the surface, helping you make sense of it in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
What changes over time?
Many of us develop unconscious ways of protecting ourselves. These protective patterns can show up as overthinking, procrastination, people-pleasing, anxiety emotional numbness, perfectionism, self-criticism or constantly trying to stay in control.
Although these strategies were once helpful, they can eventually leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and unable to experience life with ease.
Through this work, your nervous system gradually learns that it is safe to feel emotions, remain present with your experience, and stay connected to yourself through life's challenges. As this happens, the protective strategies that were once necessary begin to soften naturally.
Over time, many people notice they become less driven by fear, self-doubt or the need for approval. They often feel calmer, more emotionally resilient and more able to respond thoughtfully rather than react automatically.
This isn't about becoming someone different or 'fixing' yourself. It is about creating the conditions inside of yourself for your natural way of being to emerge, allowing you to experience greater ease, authenticity and connection with yourself and others.
How sessions work
Each session unfolds according to what is most relevant for you in the moment. Through conversation, guided reflective exploration and gentle awareness of your inner experience, we explore the thoughts, emotions and body sensations that are asking for attention.
Rather than rushing towards solutions, we stay with your experience long enough for greater understanding, relief or a natural shift in perspective to emerge. Along the way, I may offer reflections or perspectives that help you see your experience in a new light, but these are always offered as possibilities rather than fixed truths.
A key focus of this work is learning to relate to yourself with greater kindness, trust and curiosity. As this relationship develops, many people find they become less caught in overthinking, less emotionally reactive, and more confident in their own inner guidance.
My approach
My approach is responsive rather than formulaic. Every person is different, so I don't follow a fixed process or technique. Instead, I draw on my experience, intuition and guided reflective exploration to meet you where you are and respond to what is unfolding during the session.
You don't need any prior experience with healing, meditation or spiritual practices. The only requirement is a willingness to be curious about your own experience.
Who this work is for
This work is best suited to people who are interested in understanding themselves more deeply rather than finding quick answers or techniques to manage symptoms.
If you're open to slowing down, exploring your inner experience with curiosity, and developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself, this approach is likely to resonate with you.
If you're looking for a highly structured method or someone to tell you what to do, another approach may be a better fit.
This work supports emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and mind-body connection. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. Where appropriate, clients may also benefit from working alongside a GP, psychologist, counsellor or other healthcare professional.

Client reflection
“Rather than being told what was wrong, I was supported to understand myself more deeply. The session helped me connect the dots between what I was feeling, how I think, and how it shows up in my life and my body.”
