Intuitive Healing sessions offer a warm, grounded space to explore emotional challenges, recurring life patterns, and inner experiences that are creating stress or confusion in your life. People often come with an issue they want help with, alongside a sense that analysing, or talking things through hasn’t fully resolved it.
What people often come for
This work supports experiences such as anxiety or self-criticism, overwhelm, relationship patterns, difficulty trusting yourself, feeling stuck at a crossroads, or navigating periods of personal growth or awakening. Together, we gently explore what is happening beneath the surface, helping you make sense of your experience in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
How sessions work
Sessions include space for reflection, meaning-making, and understanding — while also inviting you to slow down and notice how these experiences are felt in the body. Through conversation, guided awareness, silence, and intuitive exploration, we stay with what is present long enough for insight, relief, or a shift in perspective to arise naturally.
A key focus of this work is learning to relate to yourself with more kindness and trust. As understanding deepens, clients often find they become less caught in overthinking, less reactive emotionally, and more confident in their own inner guidance. Explanations and perspectives are offered as support, not as fixed truths, and are always open to being questioned or let go of.
My approach
The approach is responsive rather than formulaic. I draw on my experience and intuition to guide the session, tailoring the work to what you need in the moment rather than following a set structure. You do not need prior experience with healing or spiritual practices — only a willingness to be curious and open to your own experience.
