About the event
Relieve stress by resetting your energy and re-connected to yourself. This one hour Zoom online class includes 45 minutes of guided meditation practices, followed by 15 minutes of journaling and/or conversation and reflection.
The topics of meditation will include themes that can help with self improvement and clearing stress in your body and energetic system. The aim will be to help you experience greater relaxation and self awareness, helping you live a calmer and happier life.
You are welcome to turn your camera and microphone off throughout the meditation and journaling times. However if you would like to interact after the meditation, that is also welcome.
Once you have booked your 4 or 8 weeks of meditations you will be contacted by Clothilde to receive the online link for the meeting.
Note: If you haven’t used Zoom before, the first time you click the Zoom meeting link (supplied to you once you have registered) your web browser will download an App that you will need to install on the phone or computer that you are using. When the time comes to join the meeting you will then be able to click on the link supplied by Clothilde and join the meeting.
