About the event
The purpose of this challenge is to support those people who are ready to develop a habit of daily meditation. It is also available for people who want to experience first hand the mental clarity and self awareness that comes with daily mindfulness practices.
The sessions will run as follows:
- Meet online via Zoom at 8am and discuss your progress
- 15 minute guided mindfulness meditation
- Receive instruction for the day to continue your mindfulness practice.
If you are interested in taking up the mindfulness challenge with 2 or more people (total minimum 3 people), enquire about a discount.
Note: If you haven’t used Zoom before, the first time you click the Zoom meeting link (supplied to you once you have registered) your web browser will download an App that you will need to install on the phone or computer that you are using. When the time comes to join the meeting you will then be able to click on the link supplied by Clothilde and join the meeting.
